How can I buy fuel at Pacific West Fuels (PWF)?

To buy fuel, you need to open an account with us. First you need to complete the application forms.  After your application is approved, we’ll mail you fuel access cards. Then you can use the fuel access cards to get fuel.

When can I get my PWF access fuel cards?

It takes around two weeks after you submit the application forms. We need time to review credit history and four mailing days from California to Hawaii.

Is PWF fuel access card a credit card?

Our card provides access only to our dispensers and cannot be used anywhere else.  Your card provides the information we need to add your purchases to your account.  Some of our customers qualify for 15 days of credit without interest and service charges.  Other customers must prepay for their estimated fuel purchases. 

How do I pay for my fuel?

You would be billed twice each month, on the first and 16th days of each month.

You have three options to pay bills.

1. Payment by check upon receipt of invoice – You can send us a check to our mainland address:  Pacific West Fuels, Inc., P.O. Box 2670 Napa, CA  94558. 
2. Payment by credit card – With this method, you authorize PWF to charge invoiced amounts on the invoice date to your credit card on file.  Be sure to inform us immediately if you change credit cards.
3. Prepayment – Send us a sufficient prepayment to meet your fueling needs either by check or credit card authorization.  Once the prepayment amount is expended, you cannot get fuel without first making an additional payment.

What will happen if I pay late?

A late payment charge of 1% per invoice period will be applied to amounts not paid in full prior to the next invoice date. Failure to pay the invoiced amounts will result in automatic termination of the fuel access cards.

How many locations does PWF have?

We only have one location at Lahaina Harbor in Maui.

What are the operation hours for PWF?

PWF is self-service fuel station that presently offers 24-hour access every day.

Can I use my credit card to get fuel with PWF?

No, you cannot. You must use your PWF fuel access card to get fuel.
